Blind peer review

All the articles in the journal are evaluated by at least two experts using the blind peer-review system.

Initially, the editorial board and guest editors evaluates the originals to take care that that they meet the minimum requirements regarding quality, meet the formal and style requirements and that it fits in the journal's scope

As a result of this evaluation, the originals may be:

- Accepted for publication without any changes.

- Accepted conditional to the incorporation of the changes proposed by the evaluators.  If the changes proposed are important, the article may require a second evaluation.

- Determined not to be of publication value.

The editorial committee will write to authors confirming the reception of the originals. Within five months of receiving the article, authors will be sent any comments and suggestions for improvement, and will be informed of the Committee's decision concerning publication.
